In my never ending quest find a new Workshop/ Unit/ Studio to Detail your Cars and Motorcycles, the first question I always ask myself is:
“Would my customers come to this place?”
So, here I am asking you all...
How far would you travel to have your car or motorbike Valeted/ Detailed? Within a mile or two? Up to 10 miles away?
Does the exact area matter? Whether it’s Bearsden, Drumchapel, Partick, Hyndland, Maryhill, kirkintilloch etc?
What would be the most important factor to you with regards to dropping your vehicle off at a Valeter/ Detailer? Aside from Quality of work and reviews etc.
This would really help me in deciding my next move to improving the Business and taking Planet-Wax to another level in the services we can provide for all our customers, present and future.
